Edlmann & Fusi Law Firm was founded in 1998 from the meeting of the different professional experiences of its founders.

Francesco Edlmann had gained significant experience in the management of real estate assets and in the contractual and financial transactions connected to them, as well as in consulting on banking relationships.

Alessandra Fusi, on the other hand, had dedicated herself to corporate law and the protection of intellectual property at national and international level, with particular attention to the related contracts.

In order to offer an increasingly complete service, the Firm has expanded numerically by adding professionals able to provide specific assistance in Labour Law, Corporate Criminal Law and Privacy legislation.

The Partners of the Firm frequently participate as speakers at Conferences and Seminars in the belief that the updating and deepening of the subjects of interest is essential to provide adequate advice to their clients.
